FUTO Extends Mid Semester Resumption Date For Another 3 Weeks

The management of Federal University Of Technology Owerri has extended the resumption date of the mid semester break caused by the protest that took place on 17th of February 2017 for another 3 weeks. Recall that the students of FUTO are supposed to resume next Monday being 3rd of April but after a senate meeting that took place today, the management resolved to shift the resumption date this is to enable them put things in order against resumption. The new resumption date is 21s April 2017. Students are expected to return to campus on 20th April 2017 as academic activities will commence with immediate effect.
