PROPOSAL TO SPONSOR OUR FIELD TRIP TO YOUR COMPANY AND THE PERMISSION TO VISIT YOUR OPERATIONAL AREA IN BONNY ISLAND

     Sequel to the above caption, we the 300level students of the above department in federal university of technology, owerri FUTO decided to embark on a field trip to your company in a way to enhance our learning standard in project management.

    We are students not found wanting of any manner because we abide by the rules and ethics of the university. We decided on the field trip to your company in order to be more versatile with current innovation and modern technologies which may not be handy in the university thus, enhancing our learning before graduation thereby equipping us to compete favorably with our colleagues around the world as project managers.

     The class has a student population of 186 in number and all are keenly interested and eager to participate. Sir, we choose your company NLNG because in recent times, your company have been consistent in operations without interruption of any kind, also your company is equipped with the latest modern tools and software’s which has considerable improve the effectiveness and efficiency of its operation

Our Humble Proposal/Request

  For this ambition to become a reality, there are certain necessary things that will facilitate and make the trip a fruitful and rewarding experience for us.

1.     Transport from federal university of technology owerri FUTO to port Harcourt NLNG will cost each student one thousand five hundred naira (#1500.00), multiplied by 186 students will give two hundred and seventy nine thousand naira (#279,000.00).

2.     Water transportation to bonny. This, we appeal for the use of your company fleet boat to convey us because many of our students are not from the Niger delta area and so have river water phobia.

3.     We will be staying for two days (18-19 August) hence, hotel accommodation will be required. Hotel accommodation for Each student will cost at least five thousand naira (#5,000.00) multiplied by 186 students will give nine hundred and thirty thousand naira (#930,000.00)

4.     Feeding: Each student will be given four thousand naira (#4,000.00) multiplied by 186 will result to seven hundred and forty four thousand naira (#744,000.00)

    Sir, with the above requirement given, we are sure that our visit will yield positive impact on us and also promote your corporative relationship with Nigerian students. The total amount required for this field trip is one million nine hundred and fifty three thousand naira (#1,953,000.00). Sir, the opportunity to visit your company, will improve our learning ability as we become seasoned project managers via your contribution.

   We hope you will use your amiable office to make use worthy project ambassadors. We look forward to a warm, favorable and timely consideration from your organization, we promise to conduct ourselves with courtesy and good decorum abiding by the rules of your company.
