CRUTECH 2016/2017 Fee Payment Procedure For Fresh And Returning Students

This is to inform all students of Cross River State University of Science And Technology (CRUTECH) that the Due to the change in the University payment platform, all students will be required to manually pay their fees in the designated Banks of their Faculties, as indicated below. Please stick strictly to this schedule.

The Payment schedule is as follows:

CRUTECH Community Micro Finance Bank (CCMFB)
Faculty of Agriculture and Forestry

Faculty of Communication Technology

Faculty of Education

Zenith Bank
Faculty of Basic Medical Sciences

Faculty of Environmental Sciences

Faculty of Engineering

Eco Bank
Faculty of Management Sciences

Faculty of Science

PROCEDURE FOR PAYMENT

Fresh Students are to pay a non refundable acceptance fee of N10, 000.00 (Ten Thousand Naira) only before payment of school fees.

They should pay at any branch of the designated Banks in the schedule.

After payment of fees, students should proceed as follows:

Obtain their acceptance fee/school fee receipts from the Faculty Finance Officers in their respective Faculties.
Present the acceptance fee receipt and collect admission letters from Faculty Officers in their respective Faculties.
All returning students should also pay their school fees according to the schedule above.

Fresh student are implored to call at the PRO Unit/Students Affairs Office and Management Information System (MIS) Office for anything they do not understand.

Returning students can only have access to their last semester results upon payment of all fees of the previous session.

All returning students who did not meet their fee payment status last semester have up to the end of January, 2017 to do so and access their results. After that date the University will publish the names and matriculation numbers of those students, together with their indebtedness in the Nigerian Chronicle as having their student status suspended. They will only be readmitted upon payment of all outstanding indebtedness to the University.
