 September 1st would be a day inmates of Penial hostel in ifite would not forget as
the heavy rain which fell brought down their fence and also flooded their rooms.
It was a very bitter site and one of the inmates, a fresh graduate from the department of architecture was seen wailing as the flood had destroyed his drawings which he is supposed to submit for defence in three days time
