Eid el Kabir: FG Declares Thursday, Friday as Public Holidays

The federal government has declared Thursday, 24th and Friday, 25th of September as public holidays in commemoration this year's Eil-el Kabir festival.

Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Interior, Abubarkar Magaji, in a statement signed by the Director of Press Yusuf Isiaka, enjoined muslim faithfuls to extend love, to their neighbors during and after the celebrations. ‎

He also urged faithfuls  to pray for peace, progress and unity the nation.

Magaji assured that the current administration administration is determined to build a peaceful, united and virile nation.
