Three Amnesty Graduates Bag First Class From Belarus Universities

Forty-Five  student delegates sponsored by the Presidential Amnesty Programme, PAP, have graduated from two Universities in Belarus with three of them clinching First Class honours in Information Technology from Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radio Electronics.

While a total number of 29 majored in vatlrious fields from the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radio Electronics, 16 others trained in related areas at Brest State University, Belarus.

In a Congratulatory message to the graduates, the Special Adviser to the President on Niger Delta and Coordinator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, Brigadier General Paul Boron (retd), said he was delighted by the excellent performance of the students whom he noted had made the PAP and Nigeria proud by their feat.

According to The Vanguard, Boroh, who was represented by one of his aides, said that the PAP, which seek to achieve excellence in all ramifications, will continue to encourage Niger Delta youths to achieve outstanding results in their chosen fields of endeavors.
He said, "We are proud of your performance especially in the core area of Information Technology and we are hoping that you'll use the knowledge to help improve the level of development in Niger Delta and Nigeria upon your return to the country.
