JAMB To Deploy Military Men To Help Invigilate 2017 UTME Exam

   The joint Admission And Matriculation Board has revealed that it is going to deploy military men to various centers during the 2017 UTME Exam
     This is contained in a statement issued by head, information, of JAMB Dr Fabian Benjamin who said that Soldiers would be drafted to the computer based Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) centres in some parts of the country to beef up security.

According to him, this decision was reached after a meting between JAMB Registrar, Professor Is-haq O. Oloyede and Chief of Army Staff Lieutenant General Tukur Buratai in Abuja.

    The Board Aliased with Nigerian army to secure the Computer Based Test (CBT) centres with a view to having a hitch free examination for the 2017 UTME.


    The Nigerian army chief of staff General Buratai stated that some of the reasons given by the register is the issue of Fulani herds men who may pose a threat to candidates writing their exams in the northern region of the country. Therefore he promised to deploy more men to those areas during the examination.
