IMSU Faculty Of Law Now Eligible To Admit New Students As They Regain NUC Full Accredition

NEW IMSU FACULTY OF LAW BUILDING
THE Prof Victoria Adaobi Obasi led administration of Imo State University yesterday, officially announced the full accreditation of Faculty of Law by the National Universities Commission - NUC.
.
It is on record that the Faculty has been struggling to gain full accreditation since it was de-accredited in 2012. In 2015, the Dean of the Faculty, Prof Uche Chukwumaeze appealed to the Legal Council of Education to come for their accreditation exercise which they later gained.
.
The Faculty which has over 15 PHD Holders ranging from Professors to Associate Professors etc also has a gigantic two- storey building, five fortified and furnished lecture rooms, Moot Law Court, well equipped E-Law Library with internet facility and law books, Students Lounge, state-of- the-art offices of the lecturers, five power points and projector machines, including bore hole with over head gee pee tanks.
.
According to our source, The Vice Chancellor has been in the mood of celebration noting that God has been so faithful to her administration. While rejoicing, the acting Vice Chancellor stated that the Faculty of Law could now comfortably admit new students as she specially thanked the Dean and his staff for their unrelenting commitment and services rendered to the University. She therefore urged Students, Staff and Management of the University to remain prayerful to God and also hopeful that other Departments which have lost accreditation will in earnest regain it.
.
To God be the Glory!
